Dewanpolycaps Pvt Ltd has a rich history rooted in innovation and dedication. Established in 1991 by Mr. Brijesh Dewan, the company began its journey during a time when only hand molding machines were utilized in the industry. With a vision to provide high-quality plastic caps and closures, Mr. Dewan started the company using a hand molding machine, setting the foundation for what would become a leading name in the sector. As the demand for quality products grew, Dewanpolycapse volved. In 2002, the company added a second-hand imported injection molding machine to its production line, which allowed for improved efficiency and increased output. Then, in 2005, the company took a significant leap forward by developing its own new injection molding machine. This self-initiated upgrade enhanced production efficiency and allowed for greater control over quality, solidifying the company’s commitment to excellence.

From year 2012

The journey continued in 2012 when Dewanpolycaps added a new Milacron molding machine to its production line. This advanced technology improved precision and efficiency, enabling the company to meet the increasing demands of its customers while maintaining high standards.

In 2017, the company expanded further by adding four new molding machines to its plant. This expansion coincided with the arrival of Mrs. Sanya Dewan as a new director. Her leadership brought fresh perspectives and strategies that propelled the company toward greater innovation and operational efficiency.

Under Mrs. Dewan’s direction, Dewanpolycaps took a bold step in establishing a new plant on 20 acres, equipped with state-of-the-art blow molding machines. This significant investment not only increased production capacity but also marked the company’s entry into the cosmetic packaging industry. By leveraging its expertise in quality manufacturing, Dewanpolycaps aims to meet the growing demands of cosmetic brands, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and excellence in the plastic caps and closures sector.
